Nathan Hong Fisher is a filmmaker living in New York City, originally from Seattle.

 

Currently, he is in post-production for the near future love story he directed and designed called Hello, World as well as directing an animated short film called The 49th Day.

 

His upcoming projects include art direction for Martin Eden currently in pre-production on Nantucket Island.

In 2017, along with his creative partner Kristy Richman, he developed a proof of concept pilot into a seven-episode short-form series called TableTalk which was distributed by Fullscreen Media.

His short film Backtrack received a jury commendation at the international Filminute 2016 festival and his design work featured in a 2016 Golden Trailer® Award nominated trailer.

Nathan's work can also be seen in the upcoming films The Sunlit Night (starring Jenny Slate), American InvitationHapa, Manifest, Don't Write Me Off, and the upcoming NBC series The Village.

 

 

Currently, he is also in development on a comedy series based in the same universe as Backtrack and actively adapting his science fiction novella Human+ into a scripted limited series.
